Our Process:

  1. You send a request to your GSS representative. As a small boutique agency, your requests will usually be responded to directly by our CEO or COO.
  2. We’ll usually respond within 2-3 hours during EST working hours with a timeline or next steps.
    1. If we can execute the work immediately, we’ll do it and let you know.
    2. If it’s a larger amount of work, we’ll schedule it and give you a timeline – though we’re usually flexible enough to push things through quickly if requested.
    3. If the request is more complicated and requires scoping, we’ll schedule a discussion with you.
  3. Our time spent is logged in our time tracking system. If you get near the limit of your agreed budget, we’ll let you know.

We primarily communicate by email, but we also like to pass along quick instructions with guided videos – we always try to help you in the most user-friendly way.
