Our agreements are usually for an annual term, paid monthly. We can discuss alternative terms during our initial consultation.
There are usage-based add-ons that you can find in our Service Terms, and you may elect to purchase Time Blocks for any additional on-demand work you require.
Our initial Onboarding process usually takes about a month to complete.
Individual work pieces are usually completed within 1-5 days, however we aim to be flexible with our client’s needs and can usually do things faster at your request.
